John brings to Goman+York over 30 years of operational and analytical experience in the delivery of facilities management services nationwide. Most recently John served as the Vice President of Support Services for Ricoh USA. At Ricoh USA, John was responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of the facilities management business. In this capacity he was a significant consumer of commercial real estate, collaborating with brokers, attorneys, finance, and in-house experts in all CRE transactions. John has the unique ability to quickly qualify deals, ensuring interested parties achieve both their financial and strategic objectives.
A New Englander at heart, John recently relocated to Scottsdale, AZ, and is active in his church, St. Barnabus of the Desert. John is an amazing and innovative chef who enjoys cooking for and relaxing with family and friends. He also enjoys gardening, reading, and travel.
