Stephanie Viboch is a recruiting and civic leader deeply invested in Arizona’s economic and community development. As Senior Recruiting Manager at Blue Signal Search, she leads national executive searches across manufacturing, logistics, and construction—industries critical to Arizona’s continued growth. In addition to leading a high-performing team, she plays a key role in business development—partnering with employers across the state to identify hiring strategies that support long-term growth. Her results have earned national recognition, including being named one of the Top 100 Recruiters by the World Staffing Awards and a Top Recruiter USA & Canada honoree in 2024.

Based in Scottsdale, Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors for Scottsdale Rising Young Professionals and is an active member of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, where she’s focused on building business connections and supporting local leadership. She also serves as President of the Junior League of Phoenix, one of Arizona’s most established women-led nonprofits, where she leads 700+ members in civic leadership, volunteerism, and strategic investments in the Valley.
